What to Wear
Dress Rule of Thumb:
Always dress a step or two above the dress code for the job you are applying for

Females: business suit or pantsuit with blouse; skirt or dress slacks with blouse; business dress; dress shoes. All dresses and skirts should be knee length

Males: business suit with collar shirt and necktie; dress slacks, collar shirt, necktie; dress shoes and socks
In an interview, your appearance and the way you present yourself reflect your level of professionalism. Be sure to be courteous and respectful to prove your desire for the job!
What to Bring

Always bring a hard copy of your resume, cover letter, and your list of references

A notepad and writing utensil to take notes with while they explain the job is very helpful and shows you are prepared

Bring a list of questions to ask your interviewer
What to Do

Arrive early (10-15 min)

Politely greet interviewer upon entering room

Have a firm handshake

Relax and breathe

Be confident in yourself

Have good eye contact, and answer questions directly

Remember to have good body language

Good posture, position body to face your interviewer, legs crossed or in an appropriate and comfortable position, hands in lap, etc.
